Matthew J. Colvin, CPA
Managing Partner
Matt is a Certified Public Accountant with over 40 years in public practice. Matt was born and raised in Burlingame. A graduate of Serra High School in San Mateo, Matt went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley.
Matt joined RTD in 1979 and specializes in tax planning (for businesses and owners); succession planning; mergers and acquisitions; multi-state taxation planning; as well as general business, estate, and financial planning. A large concentration of his clients are Subchapter S corporations, Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) and family partnerships.
When not at work, you will generally find Matt playing golf or tennis.

Ryan L. Colvin, CPA
Partner
Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of accounting and tax experience. Born and raised in the Bay Area, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Cal Poly, SLO, and her Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
Joining RTD in 2006, Ryan specializes in taxation and tax planning for individuals and small to mid-size businesses. She also manages the monthly accounting needs of closely held companies.
Residing in Burlingame with her husband and young son, Ryan maintains a balance between her professional career and personal life.

Abhishek Maan, CPA
Abhishek Maan is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor’s in Commerce from India and a Bachelor’s in Science focused on accounting from Cal Poly. Specializing in individual tax return preparation, he has extensive experience working with individual clients of varying net worth.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, he effortlessly connects with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Beyond finance, Abhishek enjoys golf, watching NBA, and cricket in his free time.
